Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

You can request deletion of your Web2 Earn account data and data from connected social accounts (including Facebook). Deletion is handled manually by our team; there is no self-service account deletion button at this time.

Facebook connected data

To request deletion of Facebook-related data stored by Web2 Earn: 1. Log in to Web2 Earn. 2. Contact support from the email address connected to your account, or send a request to altugisler@gmail.com. 3. Ask us to delete your Facebook connected account data. 4. We will delete the stored Facebook profile snapshot, the social account link, and related non-required data where applicable.

Remove Web2 Earn from Facebook

You can also revoke Web2 Earn access in Facebook without contacting us: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Web2 Earn → Remove. This removes the app from your Facebook account but may not delete data already stored on Web2 Earn servers. Email us if you also want server-side deletion.

Full account deletion

To delete your entire Web2 Earn account and associated records (profile, points history, connected platforms), email altugisler@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email you use to sign in.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity using the email on your account before removing data.

What we do not offer yet

Automated instant account deletion is not available in the app yet. All deletion requests are reviewed and executed manually to protect against accidental or fraudulent removal.
