Agreement
By using web2earn you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
web2earn provides a Social Passport experience: sign-in, linking supported social accounts, earning points under published rules, and viewing your profile summary. Features may change during beta.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by law. You are responsible for compliance with local rules.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email secure. One person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Points & rewards
Points are promotional and have no guaranteed cash value unless we state otherwise in a separate campaign. We may adjust rules, revoke points for abuse, or reset balances during testing. Claims and withdrawals are disabled until officially announced.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt fraud, automate unfair point gains, interfere with other users, violate third-party platform terms, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Third-party platforms
Connecting GitHub, Google, Discord, Facebook, or other platforms is subject to their terms and OAuth permissions we request. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination & changes
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact details will be published on the site.
